Despite the lobby is small, the room is spacious. It's a comfortable experience to stay here for 6 days.

An affordable nice property

I booked a two-bedroom suite for just $189, and I’m really pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were very friendly, and I even received a small welcome gift when checking in. The breakfast is better than many hotels of the same level, with a nice variety that changes a bit each day. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to downtown and the Denver Convention Center, which is really convenient. I noticed that many of the guests staying here are attending the AERA conference as well.

I like the fact that its one of the few properties that has two bedroom units and a kitchenette. Great for family stays and the price isn't crazy. The property is a bit dated, but they keep it clean and well maintained. Its very centrally located with a variety of food & shopping with in either walking distance or a very short drive.

Always comfortable and easy feeling. I’ve stayed here for week long trips and for quick overnights and it’s always relaxing. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and I had to duck out early to avoid the FOX “news” on the TV. That was the only negative

This place was quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. The room rates were great in comparison to similar hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and free. Sometimes you don't want or need a hotel that is part of the travel experience, you just need a nice place to stay. This was a nice place to stay!

The staff was excellent and helpful! All of hotel was very clean! We expected a big lobby, a bar. The hotel in general was very outdated. Drawers of cabinet under the TV was broken. We did have a pleasant visit 😊

Totally disappointed in this Marriott property. As Bonvoy members and as frequent Marriott hotel guests, we were shocked that Marriott has their name on this hotel. It was the worse Marriott property we have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 213, the only 2 bedroom suite in the property. The list below is the issues we had. Pictures are included.. >The water did not drain out of the tub, so when you showered, you were standing in your own dirty water. > The floor in the bathroom under the sink was mismatching > The utensil drawer in the kitchen did not have a handle. > The arm rest on one end of the couch was broken > The cushions on the couch sank into the middle as you sit it Bottomline, the room needs major renovation. In our opinion, this does not meet our standards of a Marriott property. We also refrained from having our room cleaned most of our stay (checked in Feb 11th and checked out Feb 16th). The only day we did have our room cleaned, the main room was vacuumed, but not either bedroom. We've contacted the Hotel with this list, including the supporting pictures. Their summary reply, from the assistant GM, was "I can certainly understand your disappointment and embarrassment, and I deeply regret that we did not provide you with the experience you rightfully expected. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to address these issues, and I hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future." Rest assured, we won't be giving them a 2nd chance.
