お部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。 どのスタッフさんもとても感じの良い接客をされていました。

強いて言うならばエレベーターのドアの閉まりが早過ぎると思います。

先月沖縄のREIホテルさんを利用させて頂いて、清潔さ、立地、スタッフさんの対応等非常に満足だったので、 松山でも選択しました。

何処のホテルでも、駐車場の対応に不満を感じる事が多い。 立体駐車場が多いので仕方無いとは思うが、満車の際に案内される提携駐車場が、遠くて 高い(近くに安い駐車場が空いてる事が多い) 提携駐車場も必要だと思うが、近隣の駐車場も把握して併せて案内したら良いのではと思います。
