A really professionally run hotel with great food with a truly relaxing vibe, helpful staff. I've stayed in some really posh hotels around the world and so appreciate when they get it spot on. It is also the first time I've looked out a bedroom window to see a procession of cows wondering down the adjacent field.

We recently had a very pleasant stay in the Clandeboye. The room was lovely and the meals were superb. Just one think I would like to mention. We were in Room 101. The room was fine, but the ensuite was not. For my wife, who has mobility issues, the toilet was far too low, and there was only one handle to assist in standing up from the toilet. Also, there was no seat in the shower, so she could not have one over the there days of our visit. Other than that it was fine. Hope you don't mind me mentioning this.

NB> We didn't stay at the hotel, but simply booked a breakfast slot the previous day, in the hotel's Coq & Bull restaurant. I treated myself and good friend to the breakfast. The service from Tukta was very efficient and friendly🤗 but she did seem to be on her own a lot; working very hard. We opted for a combined 'continental' and cooked breakfast. The former was a modest offering, the latter tasty - but could have been a bit bigger. Also, the bowls and cups were on the small side, unlike the price (£18.95 per person)!

My daughter held her wedding reception at the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel on Saturday 2nd May and can I say the Hotel Management and staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and professional in making the whole day a truly magical experience. From the moment the bridal party, guests and family arrived at the venue, we were all treated like VIP's. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our wedding venue and surrounding grounds were immaculate and all of our invited guests had an amazing day. The Hotel's wedding host for the day ensured that my daughter's special day ran smoothly without a single hitch and made this, and I quote the bride and groom "the best day of their life". What more could proud parents have asked for. The wedding meal was absolutely delicious and the friendly staff from management to waitress, from receptionist to bar staff made this a special day to remember ever. Guests danced until the wee small hours and then retired to the amazing and relaxation of the bedrooms. Thank you Cladeboye Lodge Hotel for giving each and everyone of us such a memorable day. This has to be the "best" wedding venue in Ireland.
