Clandeboye Lodge Hotel

I was honestly very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer , even though there is construction work going on at the moment outside the hotel. The hotel was the most affordable by far in the area, the staff are absolutely amazing and the rooms were by far one of the best I have stayed in and I stay in alot of hotels as a sales person. Not even to mention the amazing restaurant they have ,both Breakfast and dinner were 10star you have no need to even venture out. I will definitely be back , and will recommend to everyone I know.

We stayed at The Clandeboye as a little 'one year before we say I do' treat and again we fell in love with the hotel and decided to take advantage of the £75 upgrade from a comfy room to the Ultra Luxe Suite. The Suite is absolutely beautiful with views of the countryside/hotel gardens from either end of the room. The room is bright and airy and was absolutely spotless. The furnishing and special touches in the room really do feel luxurious and a step above the rest. A little added bonus is the Ultra Luxe is at the end of the corridor so I personally felt like I was away from any noise or doors being opened and closed, at night there was complete silence which added to a great night sleep. The Coq and Bull for dinner and breakfast was again absolutely delicious. All staff at both dinner and breakfast were very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive but also left you alone to enjoy the food, they really have the perfect balance when it comes to customer care and service. Not to mention the food is to die for. Even without the discounted upgrade I would have no issues paying full price for this room as the whole experience really is worth the money. I may have to try and blag a '6 months before the wedding' stay.

The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed when visiting relatives for 3 nights for 2 and a 3 course meal. The staff accommodated some of the family also coming for the meal and our swapping and sharing. The food was of excellent quality and both dinner and breakfasts were delicious. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. All in an excellent stay and value for money.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. Literally could not fault this place. Welcoming and friendly staff, immaculate rooms which were cleaned daily and the food was excellent and huge portions which we weren’t expecting. We even had extra sides brought out. Special shout out to our wait staff Andrew and Ryan who were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Bar staff also chatty and friendly. Last but not least Maggie the receptionist went above and beyond to help me as I had forgotten my medication and she was searching for how I could get hold of it and even checked on me the following day. I did manage to get it in the end and Maggie was incredibly kind about it. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet location, lovely room, very comfy bed, squishy pillows, espresso in the room. Robes, slippers, and toiletries a plus

Only thing was the room was a bit cold. To be fair the weather outside was awful but our loft room had single glazing which didn't help with heat retention.

everything Staff where excellent very polite helpful and pleasant, the food was excellent well presented and promptly served. Accommodation beautiful warm welcoming and extremely comfortable. Really enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend Clandeboye Lodge Thank you

Beautiful hotel , all staff fabulous and willing to help . Thank you for a memorable stay . We would highly recommend this stunning hotel. The reservation team in particular went over and above to help.

Excellent service from all staff. Great food and atmosphere. We had a 3 for 2 night package with a room upgrade. The room was great. Bed was very comfy, fresh orange juice with wake up call. Coffee machine in room. Lovely smelling toiletries in Bathroom. The only downside was being woken every night by other guests walking and talking loudly along the corridor.
