Nothing to not like

Potential of being a great hotel but let down by poor hotel management

Very poor breakfast, few choices, cheapest ingredients used. Not even real coffee only instant. Poor Restaurant menu also. The most disappointing is cleaning. Room was great and recently refurbished with new bathroom but desire all new already black and red mould on grouting and carpets very dirty and dusty so rooms don't get cleaned properly. Such a sad experience reflecting on poor management as hotel could be great with a bit more attention to detail. Poor cleaning unforgivable, poor breakfast could easily be avoided. Food not child friendly either and early checkout 11am with extension to 12 noon for £20 extra even if with toddler is just bad judgement.

Room was dark

Let’s start with in the bedroom on walking in there was a damp smell, otherwise it was a clean room. The breakfast could have included mushrooms/ tomatoes. Not much selection for breakfast.

Rooms fine in terms of cleanliness but the actual hotel is awful. Old furniture, carpets needed hoovering. Just generally a miserable old hotel and would not return if you paid me. Also, I was told they had charge points on site but when I arrived only Tesla charge points there.

Nice bedroom parking very good

Poor food lot of things unavailable no ice for drinks .

Good location very convenient close to major roads into Norfolk. Rooms clean. Quiet and comfortable.

Rooms could do with a main light as can be a bit dark.
