THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, THE ROOM WAS A DECENT SIZE AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFEST YOU HELPED YOURSELF TO WHAT YOU WANTED . THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL FOR US , AS IT WAS JUST OFF THE MAIN ROAD GOING INTO KINGS LYNN, BUT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE TOWN. ALSO WE HAD THE ROOM UNTIL 11AM, WHICH MEANT WE WERENT IN A RUSH IN THE MORNING

BRIGHTER LIGHTS IN THE ROOM , OR AN ADJUSTER FOR THE LIGHTS, NO AIR CONDITIONING OTHER THAN OPEN THE WINDOW , THE FAN WAS INEFFECTIVE

The worst pizza ever . Meat feast was the bacon , sausage left over from breakfast chopped up and dried out terrible..

The room smelt very damp bathroom had very musky smell .not the cleanest of rooms

Not much choice for breakfast.

Plenty of onsite car parking. Helpful staff. Good shower and shower room…bright, walk in shower, copious hot water. Good with my wife in a wheelchair they allocated us a ground floor room.

It had disabled toilets by the bar area but very small…trying to get my wife in a wheelchair and myself to help her into the disabled toilets was a tight squeeze. Found the bedroom very dark. Buffet breakfast ok but nothing to rave about and coffee not enjoyable at all.

Good location. Nice reception, bar and restaurant
