very nice and clean , good location all the shops walkable distance

Clean, modern, comfortable, restaurant on site.

Wĥilst the best had been made of the outside area couldn't get away from it being on an industrial estate.

A very clean and well sited hotel which fit the bill perfectly for our base for two days. Very comfortable rooms and beds, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Varied menu, and good breakfast choice. While we new it was not a five star Hotel, it had everything we required and great service with ease of parking.

Ii really can't think of anything in particular.

The location is actually right on a five ways around you can literally be anywhere in Norfolk in about an hour excellent location close to Kingsland Tesco superstore mild down the road if you need to get any nickname next while you're staying there in my eyes I think it's probably one of the best locations to stay if you need to be Kingsley inside of Norfolk
