En face d un agréable jardin pour se balader.

Un peu éloigné du centre névralgique pour faire du shopping.quartier du waterfront . Petit déjeuner correct mais tables pas très propres.

A wonderful return visit, comfortable and met all my needs (wifi was just a little slow and erratic for doing business). Breakfast was more than adequate, good coffee, thank you. Staff were friendly and helpful (recognised me on arrival from my previous visit) made me feel very welcome.

no parking but a parking house in front - they should consider a hotel 24 hrs deal and advise clients hotel is in tatty condition - some areas are renovated, some look oldish and unwelcome, e.g toilets at reception / breakfast area

The hotel was clean and had all amenities you would need. If not available in the room, the staff was able to arrange for it to be brought to us very quickly. The staff were very helpful, took us to V&A for free, arranged for our luggage before and after the checking-in/out, and recommended things to do in the city.
