The receptionist was excellent and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff were lovely. I enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Again, the staff at the gym desk were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was the same as dinner as an experience. Overall it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. The hotel is luxurious in decoration, easy to access from town by taxi or bus, and just a nice vibe. I cannot compliment the staff across the board enough. Great value for money.

Breakfast was nice, great selection. Lunch and dinner were also very good. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order. We were there for the Limerick run so we picked a hotel with a jacuzzi for recovery. I left a note for house keeping asking for extra milk and teabags and they were left out for us housekeeping staff were very nice

Our tv didn't work, we also couldn't open the window when it was warm
