I visited the hotel for a meal and had a wonderful experience. I was warmly welcomed by Marta, who provided excellent service throughout. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to her recommendation, I tried the Turkish ham, which was absolutely delicious. The service truly made the visit special. Wir hatten eine Suite. Das Bett war super bequem und groß. Eine kleine Küche mit Microwelle war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und kompetent. Ein Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke und auch die Bushaltestellen für die 304 und 310 sind direkt um die Ecke. Mit 1,90 € kann man direkt nach Limerick City fahren. Parkplätze sind genügend am Hotel vorhanden. Frühstück war übersichtlich aber ganz lecker.

Staff were really fantastic checking us in quickly so we could get some food ordered before they closed the kitchen. The team in the brassiere were also excellent - particularly Roisin and Inda who were lovely, welcoming and kept us well waited and fed!

The food was absolutely gorgeous, there was a brilliant atmosphere, and I got really great service from the staff, especially from Martha. She’s a lovely girl — very pretty, sound as a bell, and really funny with great craic.

It was an amazing service! Great food and atmosphere. The seafood linguine was superb and the drinks were quick to arrive. My server Dillon was an absolute dream, very attentive and friendly. Would recommend and I definitely will be returning.
