Well located

The staff were nice and helpfull.

Considering that we were to spend 7 days at the hotel they should have cared that we had a nice quiet room. I think I did request that. I think I have aged in this hotel. I could not sleep for at least 3 of the 7 nights. I felt really sick. It turns out, the noise was coming from a very old air conditioner that the rooms, mine 202, are equipped with, at least in the 2nd floor. I don't like AC but because of the mosquitos I turned it on. It was right at your bedside table blasting noisily like an old generator. I turned it out immediately and realized that the sounds that did not let me sleep were from the AC of the neighbouring room. The other nights the room must have been free, hence I could sleep some of the nights. Really a pity because the experience could have turned out to be much nicer. Next time take more care of your long stays. Never again.

They made sure our stay was enjoyable and clean . The property is well maintained and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle and its driver made our lives easier and convinient, that’s the other reason that makes me visit the hotel almost every year.

Nothing I can recall, all was in order.
