"Like a 5* holiday hotel but in the UK."

The whole hotel was absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, lovely, friendly staff. Gorgeous grounds and food but unfortunately our room was a little dated and needed a good re do. Pillows on the bed were so uncomfortable! I didn’t get much sleep at all but that’s the only bad thing I can say about the whole experience.

Room was a little dated and pillows there terribly uncomfortable.

Convenience of location only

Warm bottled waters in room, carpeted areas of skirting board really tatty and coming off from the floor. Very noisy room next door and could hear clearly the conversation of others 🙄
