I Came to Panama for 5 nights and spent only 1 night. Landed and had major emergency at home and had to return. Everyone @ the front desk were so compassionate and helpful. World class. Ney, he was the best. Hope to see you another time when my world is not falling apart. Thanks guys.

The Sheraton Gran is situated with fast access to Tocumen airport. The rooms are clean. The staff is polite and attentive. Definitely recommended

I had to arrive very early, basically in the middle of the night and had an issue with checking in early. Christy at the reception desk went out of her way to take care of me. She is an excellent example of Marriott hospitality.

The property is older but well maintained. Bathrooms are way too small, shower head is a pain. That would be my only complaint.
