Me and my Husband has a Lovely experience at the Hollow Hotel in Knysna. The staff took such good care of us and the room was beautiful!,The food was amazing and we could really get a sense of a relaxed environment. The rooms and hotel was super well taken care of and the garden was beautiful. The views were increasable. Thank you !

Wir haben zuerst ein Zimmer mit Schimmel in der Dusche erhalten. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Das Restaurant im Hotel war ausserdem nicht gut. Knapp 1 Stunde auf dem Abendessen gewartet und das Essen war nicht gut.

"Pleasant stay!"

The receptionist,Megan was so welcoming and nice.The room was so beautiful and the bathroom so spacious.I was also impressed to find a Nespresso machine in the room.

I think they could improve with breakfast options.

Very comfortable hotel just outside Knysna. All suites and 2 pools. Beautiful planting and gardens. Friendly welcoming staff. Delicious food. A brilliant stay.

What a wonderful experience - cannot speak highly enough of the accommodation, the gardens, the pool and facilities, the food and most importantly the wonderful management and staff! Such a pleasure to stay here... We will be back!
