The hotel was conveniently located for a stopover in Oxford, with the centre being only a 20 minute walk on the river bank.

Lovely room, spa clean, fantastic breakfast

A decent hotel but could use a refresh

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Would’ve been nice at check to be to.d there are no planned fire alarms scheduled as alarm went off at 4am and when trying to phone reception to see if this meant vacating I discovered that they had all gone outside and then also as we went to move outside everyone re entered as false alarm not impressed either with just an apology letter shoved under the door.

Nice hotel. Once you go in, it is a bit removed from town but provides the vacation feel. Direct access to a river thame walk was convenient and relaxing.

Good property. Most of the staff is very accommodating. There are no washers and dryers on the property and the dry cleaning service is very expensive. The gym is small but functional. There are no windows around the indoor pool so the smell of chlorine is intense. The waiters at dinner took a while to bring our food, so the food wasn’t very warm when we got it. Otherwise the food itself was delicious but kind of cold.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely Spa facilities were a welcome treat
