Location is the high point and then the size of the room - so spacious! And the staff - so helpful and friendly

The shower wasn’t the best but understandable given water issues in Cape Town. Also no water in bathtub- which should have been mentioned

The staff were incredibly welcoming and approachable.

The whole building needs renovation. It is old and not well maintained.. There is a lack of sound insulation; installing double-glazed windows might help reduce the noise. The terrace, while not currently accessible, could use a thorough cleaning, and adding some plants might significantly improve its appearance.
