The hotel had one room with a roll-in shower. I specifically requested a handicapped accessible room. My husband is on a wheelchair with limited ability to use a walker. First, we were given a room with a tub. So, I had to request a different room with a walk in shower (no shower chair). However, after contacting the maintenance person, he was able to locate a shower chair. In addition, the television was not working and the technician was called but never showed up. So , we were very disappointed and will not stay here again.

"I appreciate the kind staff, but I suggest more enforcement on the non-smoking poli."

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Evey staff person I encountered greeted me kindly with a smile. Outdoors and indoors.

I asked for a non-smoking room and the smoke smell was so bad that I am home now and my backpack has my room smelling like smoke. I only stayed one night. Not happy.
