"Late Night Noise "

There was a lot of noise at very late hours 11 pm - 1 am due to this hotel hosting room blocks for wedding parties. Doors slamming and loud voices. We waited for a bit in hopes that it would settle down but it never did when we did contact the front desk they handled it immediately.

"We enjoyed the stay and the hotel was excellent!"

Nicely decorated with Christmas decorations, staff was friendly and nice! Room was cozy and we liked the furniture and bed. Parking was excellent and the restaurant was top notch. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

The fact that the pool was permanently closed... our grandchildren were disappointed. I cant think of anything else.

"Expensive, but Very Nice"

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable for both my husband and me, even though he like harder mattresses and I like them softer Check in was painless. The only downside was the cost - much more expensive than we are used to paying at Hampton Inns, but that may have been due to the very last minute reservation we made.

"Excellent"

Nice, updated property but only had maid service every other day. Heating system was efficient but was programmed to return to 65 degrees if it didn’t detect movement.
