It was like traveling by back in time to the most beautiful, boutique hotel experience. The bed was so comfy, building was historic, but meticulously maintained, & staff was so kind and warm. Would go back to Portugal just to experience this hotel again!!

It's such a pleasure to stay in a comfortable and tastefully decorated, traditional hotel. A modern, beige hotel is not for us. Janeles Verde offers luxurious surroundings, excellent linens, gorgeous breakfasts and always kind service. Thank you!

For this price breakfeast was good, nice to seat outside in the court.

The room was a bit dusty, misty, everyhthing was a bit older, carpets eg. Most of the guest were British older people, the room were probably what they like, but not really modern
