As Janelas Verdes Inn - Lisbon Heritage Collection - Riverside

Booked this Hotel for a city break in Lisbon for 4 days It was perfect Rooms clean and comfortable, nicely decorated , Linens and towels all of high standard, Lovely sitting room with balcony & honesty bar on the 3rd Floor. Nice little courtyard on the ground Fabulous breakfast , both hot and cold with everything you could reasonably want , all to a high standard. What really makes the hotel though is the staff.Ines on the front desk suggested fantastic restaurants close by , made reservations, provided advice on trips we wanted to make , and she organised everything for us with a smile. If you are looking for a soulless corporate box with facilities to stay in Lisbon - then this is not for you. its the sort of place that you don't want to give a review because you want to keep it for yourself. We will be back

Das Personal was ausgeprochen freundlich und sehr diskret. Den Ausblick auf den Tejo von der Dachterasse haben wir sehr genossen. Auch das freie Angebot an Kaffee und Tee mit Gebäck war sehr angenehm nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Ein bezaubernd charmantes kleines Hotel.

Es ist eins sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Personal.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen weiter von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber durchaus zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very beautifully decorated hotel, terrace on the higher floor with library is amazing, we spent every evening there. Delicious pastel de nata and port. First time I found hotel with breakfast till 12:00 and it's truly gamechanger for a sleepy person like me. Room was a good size, bed was comfy.

Airco didn't work because between season time, as I understood. But we were provided with a cooler when we asked about it.
