Novotel Toronto North York

Location was good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing very friendly and quick to assist!! Breakfast was good the next day too with great service.

I wish the beds were more comfortable, they felt old and well used but clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience, largely thanks to its fantastic location. It’s close to everything you’d want access to, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The one downside—and it was a noticeable one—was the bathroom setup. There wasn’t a proper door or real separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, which felt awkward and took away from the otherwise great layout. Another surprise was the parking fee. It wasn’t mentioned beforehand, so finding out that parking wasn’t included was a bit disappointing.
