Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

I love the valet parking. The people were over the top friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet overnight. Very well kept hotel and it's really beautiful inside.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of all the staff, whether it was the cleaners, the front desk or the restaurant staff. The room was clean and the towels were fluffy and soft. The pod coffee was even good! The hotel restaurant The Avery was fantastic. The servers were professional and the food came out on a timely basis and was delicious! Even room service was timely and the food hot and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located, and the service was exceptional! I'm accustomed to paying for exceptional service, but in this case, it was delivered above and beyond the price we paid. In particular, the front desk staff, especially Champaign Penawalker were very helpful and took great care of me! I will plan to stay here again if I return!

The hotel, on the surface was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The staff was polite and professional .

There was adirty ring in the bath tub, it took over 2 hours for someone to come clean it. The pool had the same dirty ring around it above the water line. Dead and live water bugs laying around the pool. The worst of the trip was the room service. The food was fine, but it was delivered in a brown paper bag, like take out. I could have called uber eats for the exact same experience. Then there was a delivery fee. Just like uber eats! But it was the automatic gratuity that really pissed me off. We are not even going to discuss the double hotel improvement fee , What the hell is that? Anyway , ive stayed with Hyatt before and had a far superior experience. This one fell short. Overall ...7 out of 10.

Convenient, spacious. Rooms were large. Main area was spacious lots of places to sit/ lounge or hang. On-site spa, restaurant, little shops

Hotel was very nice. great location. Walking distance from many restaraunts. staff was friendly and helpful. Conference center was better than expected.
