Das Personal war wie immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Den in der Nähe liegenden Bahnhof hört man nur wenn die Fenster auf sind. Ansonsten ist die Altstadt und das Hafenviertel zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.

De ontvangst was niet onvriendelijk maar ook zeker niet gastvrij of behulpzaam. Bij het ontbijt werd alleen gevraagd naar ons kamer nummer, geen goedemorgen of verdere uitleg. We konden niet douchen, want er was geen warm water. ‘s avonds niet, maar de volgende ochtend ook niet. Aan de balie werd gezegd, dat wij de enige waren die hier over geklaagd hadden en dat het waarschijnlijk al onze kamer lag.
