"Excellent"

Breakfast options were great- would have loved to had regular yogurt as an option. Water pressure, bed, and pillows were great as well!!

The curtain was torn and a couple of the towels were stained so they looked dirty.

"Location is why I stay there."

The hotel is close to my grandson and his family. It seemed a little more expensive than I remember in the past but because I don't like to drive at night, staying at the hotel is very convenient when I visit. My two great granddaughters usually stay overnight with me. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is always very good.

"Booking.com customer service was not helpful either at that moment to find a new place. Was hung up on a few times."

The location was fine

The room smelled heavily of mold/mildew. A part of the drywall below the window and above the AC appeared to have mold. Staff stated they understood but that they were full and could not provide different accommodations. We tried to air it out but unfortunately even after a few hours still smelled and difficult to be in. Left at 10:30pm and drove 3 1/2 hrs home. Ruined our weekend.

Our key card was constantly being deactivated and I had to keep bringing it to the front desk to reactivate it. The bathrooms were disgusting and breakfast was terrible and undercooked.
