Noisy

Plenty of parking close to the entrance.

The breakfast was lacking in normal variety. The only hot was biscuits and gravy. There should have been ham or another item but it was empty at 7:00 AM. Could be that because of the few guests that were there.

VASTLY OVER PRICED. CLOSE TO HIGHWAY ROBBERY CONDITION ON THE PRICING!!

The tub wouldn't drain - so first you stood in cold water, then dirty water. Shower head was awesome. Bed was rock hard - might as well sleep on the floor with a sheet. Locks on doors don't work so you had to slam the door to get it to close - very noisy hallway. Room isn't dark at all. The odor neutralizing spray was so thick when I entered it was tough to breathe. Turning the fan on high helped that. Will not go back.

The shower area had a handful of pieces of hair in it. Was also bummed that no complimentary hygiene items were stashed in the bathroom. I assume I could have come to the desk to ask, but we had a very, very late arrival and I didn't want to disturb being that it wasn't necessity.

Our frig was so old. The freezer needed to be defrosted and there was so much ice build up the door would not close. Bathroom toilet would not stop running and the shower drain must be clogged because it took forever for the water to go down. The clerk at the desk was rude. Never said welcome, siding tell about checkout or breakfast….no “Enjoy your stay”. Her interaction with another couple whose room had not been cleaned was terrible. No empathy, no “I’m so sorry.” She was a snot and rude. A smile goes a long way and she may need to learn how to interact with others.
