Staff were somewhat helpful, tried to find us a new room when it was extremely hot with no fans or air conditioning.

Rooms were extremely hot and impossible to sleep in. In this day and age at least a fan or working climate control should be a given. The climate control would only blow hot air & our room temps were 30c. Wouldn't come back - better to opt for a premier inn or holiday inn.
