Please note: - Please check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) closes from late October until late May and is subject to change based on weather. When the Tioga Pass Road is closed, it is not possible to access Highway 395 near Mammoth Lakes and Lee Vining. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. - A pet fee is charged at this property. Please contact hotel directly for details. Guests making a single day reservation of 4 rooms or more will be considered a group reservation. Velká spokojenost. Vše čisté. Wifi výborný signal. Parkovacích míst dostatek. Venkovní bazén jsme nevyužili, nebylo jeste tolik teplo. Moznost využít pračku/sušičku. Snídaně výborné. Určitě doporučuji.

Tipical hotel in a little town. Very comfortable beds. One hour from Yosemite National Park. Lots of restaurants and shops, but is a town for visitors, so everything quite expensive. I would recommend a beautiful vintage shop just opposite hotel, Chocolate Soup. Lovely lady running it. For us Europeans is a classic motel, not a hotel, as a 3* hotel in Europe is very different.

Breakfast is very basic and not good, so we went to Starbucks every day.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT choose Mariposa as a place to visit while in California. The town is small and unfriendly. This Best Western is frequented by a rough crowd. The rooms are awful, the staff is rude and there are some very ominous looking folks just hanging around. Apparently this hotel is near a park where itinerants are allowed to gather. We checked in but left a short while later and moved to a different motel. We will never return to this town
