Best Western PLUS Langley Inn

When I arrived at 2.30pm, I was informed that check-in time is 4 pm in the afternoon that’s really late. Fortunately my room was ready. Only one water machine and that is on the second floor and it takes coins only The Ricky’s restaurant that used to be here was closed permanently at the end of April The room redesign is awkward and difficult to move around, especially when you have luggage with you. Overall the area around the hotel is seedy and it feels unwise to walk around in the evening. Staff were helpful but will not stay here again

Consistently an excellent lodging, a personable and able Staff, remarkable cleanliness and updating of rooms, a strategic location. No restaurant, however.

The "Ricky's" on site restaurant is still on their website, and even in their room descriptions so we booked a stay but realized on arrival it was closed. Front desk said had been closed for months, permanently. Misleading, misrepresentation and they hadn't lowered their rates. Front desk insisted Ricky's wasn't listed and promoted as on site on their website but management eventually had to admit it was. Room carpeting was filthy, and the whole experience was of a cut cost cheap and mismanaged, lack of care and service. Friends had planned to stay there following week but they cancelled when we told them about Ricky's. On site breakfast was very bad.

Basic hotel for one night. Served our purpose. Would stay in again.

All personnel, all without exception we met: receptionists cleaning and security are on top of their charged duties. Very professional!

Nice all-round: Central location. Close to shopping and restaurants, take-out, and delivery. At one point the upstairs guests were walking loudly, but that was only 1 out of 4 nights.

Front desk was excellent

Breakfast was plentiful and good.
