Guests traveling with children must inform the property before arrival. For individual services in the center, you must make an advance reservation at the hotel reception. Only guests who have reserved in advance and are accompanied by a property employee will be allowed access. Guests requiring a confirmation letter from Apollo Hotel Bratislava for Visa purposes are subject to a nonrefundable fee. Please contact the property for further details. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate small pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in the common areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
