Process and procedure in valet parking They forgot to leave the vehicle keys in the vehicle. They had to send the keys to us USPS WE BARELY GOT THEM IN TIME. We were leaving back to NEW JERSEY

I love everything

I want to be absolutely transparent about this property. For what you get, it is overpriced. The beach location is wonderful! The hotel was super clean and smelled wonderful. However, one night while lounging near the lawn area we witnessed what appeared to be two homeless men jump the wall onto the property and proceed to smoke something out of a glass pipe and start walking around yelling at people on their phones like crazy people. Another night we went outside going to check out the area where the hotel was located to see what restraints/activities were close by and saw several very sketchy men lurking around acting very strange and appeared to be on something as well. Another thing the valet parking is ridiculous, these guys work their butts off but when your traveling with kids it would be nice to have the option to self park, the price is ridiculous and added over $200 to our stay and it’s just an inconvenience having to deal with having your car retrieved every time you want to go somewhere. Beware of the bar… the bar tenders are great but get very busy and we were overcharged $100+ in fees in which we tried to get fixed and the first woman we talked to was very rude and the restaurant manager was nice but acted like it would take weeks to sort out our bill so we just ate the cost. Most of the staff was extremely wonderful. But charging guests $40 per day to park plus $30 a day for resort fees for this particular hotel is crazy. I have stayed at much nicer for less.

My wife and I had an awesome stay at this hotel. Everything from top to bottom was excellent. We will be staying here again

We stayed here the 4th July weekend. It was 9.5/10 thats only because bar didnt sell wings. Kinda was looking forward to that. But did find a place close by with amazing wings. Also, the drinks were good, refreshing but wish they had more of a variety of like Don, Crown, etc. But other than that we loved our stay. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was definitely good. Oceanview room is what we had, and breakfast was oceanview. I definitely recommend!!!!

This hotel is managed poorly. Don’t book it unless you really have extra money to waste . It’s overpriced for services that are delivered. The pool was extremely dirty with floating sand and other particles all the time . Elevators strapped working. They had shortage of room essentials such as coffee creamer and shampoo. Staff was rude and unprofessional every time I interact with them ! Never going back there and I wish me and my family chose a different hotel for our stay .

My experience was wonderful from the moment front desk Eddie took care of us! He went above & beyond and made sure our stay was great!!! Loved how he went over every detail! Room had a wonderful view!!! And it was beautiful, spacious and clean!! Definitely will have us back!!!!

The hotel was amazing! Great staff, anazing views, clean. The pool area is beautiful. The only down side is you have to valet you car, you have no choice and its pricey.
