reception staff - compliments

The breakfast quality and variety did not meet 4-star standards. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and we couldn't sleep past 7 AM due to workers painting the building. Overall, the price was unfair for a 4-star hotel.

Os funcionários bastante simpáticos e disponíveis. Bom pequeno almoço.

Escolhemos fazer o transfer disponibilizado pelo Hotel do aeroporto para o alojamento de taxi. O hotel ficou de confirmar a disponibilidade, o que não fizeram. Perante a não confirmação acabámos por contratar outro transporte para o alojamento, porém, o taxi estava à nossa espera. Foi uma confusão do alojamento, porém, mesmo assim foi-nos cobrado o serviço.
