The room was OK.

The service of the hotel is terrible. They were charging money for giving me a non-smoking room when I requested it. I don't know how they got reservation for smoking room when I don't smoke but to extort money for non-smoking room is not a good business and the hotel will lose the customers. Also, when I asked for extra towels the front desk person refused to give me one stating that they have enough in the room and I have to get by with whatever is there. And this is unheard of. I was never refused extra towels in any hotels in any country or city I have ever been. I will give one star.
