"It's a building site and shouldn't be open for guests... avoid at all costs and book elsewhere"

The staff - doing their best in near impossible circumstances. Very apologetic about greeting guests arriving into what is basically a building site and managed to get us moved. Felt quite sorry for them

It's a building site and should not be open to guests. Dust sheets and workmen all over the place. The breakfast room is accessed past the works and there is plaster and building dust everywhere. Open wires, electricians and builders by the bucket load. They work hard... from around 7.45 am until the evening, so if you are thinking of a good nights sleep or a relaxing evening think again. No need for an alarm call we were woken by drilling at 7.45 on our first morning. The dust is so bad they've got that plastic sheeting in the lifts and corridors. Unbelievable and definitely not ready for guests, it's been going on for months and is far from finished. Leonardo should be ashamed they are putting profits before customer satisfaction. Shut it down, finish the work and reopen when it's an acceptable place to stay.

Richtig schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolle Beleuchtungsauswahl im Zimmer, Schallisoliert mit kleinen Kühlschrank. Tolle Lage des Hotels, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof und in die Stadt. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.
