On the water. And a place to sit on a dock.

The rooms were quite small. Which made sleeping tight as you’re right next to the wall and have an inch of room for you to get by to go to the washroom. Let’s stay in the middle of the night and the lack of outlet plugs. It’d be nice for there to be outlet plugs on both side sides of the bed.

After a long drive it 1) arriving at the hotel it is gorgeous 2) working elevators 3) gorgeous view 4) free water in the room 5) loved the Dyson hair dryer 6) loved your shower 7) free coffee down stairs but they are espresso sizes.

1) Finish renovating your restaurant, you have hungry guests who travel for hours and chose to stay in your extremely over priced hotel 2) toilet is so close to the door. Can’t wipe without hitting your head on the door 3)no Kcup machines in the room or the lobby for those of us who want a real full size cup of morning coffee 4) free breakfast not provided to the few of us who take advantage of finding cheaper deals for a $500.00 room for one night.

The dock

No amenities. No breakfast provided, awful coffee, no restaurant, gym and pool facilities not available and also across street. Staff not prompt with check in or check out poor room service came 1 time in 2 days, no traveller info about Kenora at location on where to go and what to do At check out charged over half of 400 $ deposit for minor blood on one sheet.
