"Ich fühle mich sehr wohl im Mercure Hagen und komme gerne wieder"

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind toll. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht (ein zweites Kissen wäre noch ganz schön). Das Bett ist gemütlich.

Das Frühstück war prinzipiell gut, allerdings war einiges nicht aufgefüllt oder wurde nur nach Nachfragen aufgefüllt. Mehrmals zu fragen, war mir dann zu blöde. Die aufgebackenen Brötchen waren sehr hart. Ich denke, da kann man mit wenig Mitteln einiges besser machen.
