"Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Hagen zunächst einmal die zur Verfügung stehenden Altern"

Vor Allem das sehr freundliche Personal! Das Frühstück (Aufpreis 20,00 €) war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. die Sitzplätze im Frühstücksrestaurant gemütlich und hell mit Blick in den "Bienengarten".

Dass man eine Zimmerreinigung - iinsbesondere des Badezimmers mit Handtuch-Wechsel - bei mehrtägigim Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) extra an der Rezeption anmelden muss, habe ich so noch in keinem Hotel erlebt und das hat mir extrem missfallen. Eine Parkplatzgebühr von 9,00 € pro Tag fand ich ebenfalls nicht besonders prickelnd. Im Zimmer selbst fehlte mir die Klimaanlage (ich habe dann bei sperrangelweit offenem Fenster geschlafen) und die Minibar, um eigene Getränke zu kühlen.

Freundlichkeit

Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und Zimmer/Bad müssten dringend renoviert werden. Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nicht hygienisch
