1. A huge noise experienced from dogs in next room. 2. Windows must be made able to be opened. 3. Baths needs good cleaning. Find woman long hair in bath. 4. Staff needs to be more polite.

"A comfortable hotel in a great location for transport and for the sights; excellent breakfast."

Great location, particularly since we came into the railway station from the airport at midnight, and also because the tram to the Tallinn ferry that we were taking at the end of our stay went from a stop outside the railway station too. The hotel was also perfectly located to explore all the different areas of Helsinki, to the south, east, north and west. The top floor restaurant had great views, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was rather small, and the bathroom felt rather dated.
