ロケーション：駅が目の前なので駅舎を下に、遠くに大聖堂が見える眺望が良い。重い荷物を持って移動するにはとても便利　　朝食：朝食も美味しく会場が上階なの心地よく食事できた　施設：ホテル建物にスーパーが併設されているの買い物が便利　　サウナ：館内にシャワーが設置されているが、タオルはバスタオルのみ

なぜかボックス・ティシューが設置されていなくて不便

"Room downgraded"

A fairly regular customer in this hotel, I agree the lobbies of the hotel are great, but our last visit was a disaster. O ur booking was downgraded to a lower class to much smaller room and the room balcony in shade. We were told this two hours before check-in, even though one would think ther would have been enough time to let us know earlier as the room was reserved in November. The price was adjusted, but I noticed later that the price reduction was smaller than the price difference of these room types on a summer weekend. The reception was also quite busy, with long lines, and as the small room was not ready by the time we got there, we had to wait and then stand in the line again.

"Best hotel in Helsinki!"

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel: the staff (especially Riphine, Leena and Paula), the location, the breakfast and the retro look. Considering its location and if you can have a deal that includes breakfast, you will not regret it. It’s definitely the BEST hotel in Helsinki.

I loved everything about this hotel, really.
