エントランスや内廊下は華やかで高級感があります。

5つ星ということですが、その期待値ほどの強みはありません。フロントの接客は、最低限の会話で事務的です。清掃の方たちも挨拶や笑顔はありません。諸外国の5つ星と比較するとホスピタリティーは低いと感じました。値段の割には、部屋は狭めで、照明が暗いです。景色はビル街なので、特筆すべきことはありません。プールのあるアネックス棟は古さが目立ちます。朝食も最低限で、5つ星というような内容ではありません。

Great location - easy to walk to shops, market and metro station. Modern, stylish and in outstanding condition. Big pool.

Breakfast was extensive but fruit selection not great for such an upmarket hotel. Pool changing room was a tiny locker room with no showers (one was available next to the pool but far from the changing room).
