La literie trop molle pour moi

Ok location - fairly central. Charming front of house staff and the lobby area is very nice with lots of tempting seating areas and a nice bar. Convenient (but expensive) parking very close.

Our room faced the back courtyard, which is a restaurant, so we couldn’t have the windows open until much later in the evening, despite the heat. The bathroom was very poorly lit. The floors in our room very incredibly creaky, so that getting up in the night was guaranteed to wake the other, and the carpet tired and worn. The power sockets in some cases were controlled by the same switch as the overhead lights, so we woke to realise our electronics hadn’t charged overnight. That’s a problem when you are headed to the airport early. There was nowhere to plug in the kettle apart from on the floor under the desk. The beds were ok - but this was the fourth hotel we had stayed in, on our Denmark trip, and the bedding was the poorest quality of them all. This hotel was very expensive, and I had frankly expected better.

Personnel accueillant et serviable, situation proche centre ville, halles et station métro.

Le lit en 140 un peu petit, et la chambre sous les combles avec plafond bas et poutres basses par endroits. Un seul ascenseur qui est tombé en panne un matin et on était au 6eme mais il a été vite réparé dans la journée.

Location, staff.

We had booked two rooms. One was excellent but the second room was on the top floor. The ceiling was low and the layout was weird. We were under the eaves.
