The staff was very accommodating and kind.

The air conditioner did not work great so our room was musty. Not the best facility as the building seems very old. Smelled like smoke.

The front desk clerk did not offer any help, and we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. My friend, who walks with a cane, had to climb the stairs, which was very difficult for her. It’s unacceptable that no maintenance staff were available to fix the elevator. This situation made our stay very uncomfortable. We expect your response, an apology, and appropriate compensation. Old just need to be remodeled the people was friendly, but it just seemed outdated and old for all the money I paid. The bed was kinda hard.
