The weather was miserable and cold, but the moment we stepped into the lobby it felt warm and welcoming, with a lovely stairway to go upstairs (we opted for the elevator with all our stuff and were on the 3rd floor). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a long drive (from NV to MA) so appreciated a good night's sleep, delicious breakfast, and a place that didn't feel as impersonal as some (some of the bigger places with huge lobbies make you feel like you are staying at a mall). Also, lots of good restaurants close by.

The weather, lol! We will stay here again on our next trip.
