Petaling Jaya Marriott Hotel

The air-conditioning is cold. Love it.

1) The parking to pay RM3/day. You need to verify your T&G card at the counter every time you went out from hotel. 2) A bit spooky on the floor of the room. Not enough lights to brighten out the hallway to the room. 3) The lights in the room are too dark even if you are on it all.. Some lamps are not working. 4) Bedside lamps so dusty like not been clean in weeks. 5) The main door has no safety lock from inside. 6) Furniture needs to be upgraded. Too old. Likes in the 90's 7) Food dine in restaurants and room service is too expensive. Both shared the same menu too..

The bed are very comfortable.

The staff doesn't hav smile n not friendly. I booked my room arounf 7 plus using online platform. When I reached the hotel lobby, the staff told me that they only hav two single bed available which is not tally with the information given during my booking. When she key in all the booking number n other information, she realise I book a deluxe room. She never apologise on the matter.. During The whole conversation, from start till end, there are not a single smile on her face.
