Breakfast was nice, good selection. Suite was spacious
Hotel under renovation, noisy and poor impression as there was no lobby, just a makeshift desk on the 3rd floor. Not stated on hotel website that it is undergoing renovation. Felt cheated by the hotel.

The Eastin hotel was under massive renovation in every floors. Very noisy and dusty. I wonder why Booking.com never mentioned that the hotel was under massive renovation. We stay for one night and cannot sleep at all. The Hotel Mgmt said they already informed Booking.com but no notice was put on the website.
Massive renovation, dusty, noisy, and partition everywhere. I wonder why the Hotel was not closed.

The cleanliness
Management, there was no electricity the whole night, there were noises, people were shouting and screaming due the electricity disruption. They said that they will refund the rent, but nothing has been done yet.
