The room is very spacious and clean.

Kinda noisy due to renovation.

Lovely rooms comfortable bed nice pillows great breakfast

Renovations were going on so a bit noisy but they stopped at 6.00pm

The facility of the hotel needs an upgrade.

Location is strategic and this is not my first time staying here.

1. The A/C is slow to cold the room and noisy. 2. Very disappointed with the water heater in my room 1722 for shower. The water heater in the shower does not seem to be functioning properly and is difficult to control. There is no clear indicator or marking to show which direction the knob should be turned for hot or cold water. When adjusting the knob, both hot and cold water flow irregularly. At times, the water suddenly becomes very hot, and then cold water automatically flows in, making the temperature unstable and uncomfortable. Because of this, it is hard to get a balanced and steady temperature for showering. 3. The shower hose connected to the bathtub is loose, and when the water is turned on, it leaks significantly. The leakage causes water to spray and spill onto the floor, making the entire area wet and messy, which is both inconvenient and unsafe as it increases the risk of slipping.

Parking - clean & spacious. Receptionist efficient, fast process. Bellhop & security is helpful with information. Room clean with complete amenities. Housekeeping fantastic, they make effort to call in the evening about 7.30pm to ask whether I required room cleaning - they even gave me choices of time.

Room 1722 Hot water - is not consistent in temperature. Suggestion to Housekeeping, pls replace the bathtub water hose (leaking). And lastly pls check the aircond coz it was not cold on the last night of my stay (other nights was ok).
