Mill River Resort

Location is perfect but not the location of the room. The only things that were negative about the experience was the bed (we have stayed in other rooms and they were comfier) which is okay, but kids running up and down the hall in the evening was loud which we tried to ignore and eventually fell asleep. We were woken up at 12:40ish for a half hour with loud women talking and laughing in the hallway.

The TV selection didn't have Fox News. That is a deal breaker for me.

Staff was great , hotel was clean, pool was nice.

Excellent pool facilities the decor was modern, restaurant was excellent. Room heating systems are out dated and mattress need to be replaced, they obvious indents.

I liked that they had lots of space and activities for kids.

The bathroom needed updating and to be a bit cleaner.

Helpful staff.

Staff were great ,lots to do for the kids and restaurant staff were great especially April,she was very kind,always a smile , pleasant, beautiful personality and always went out of her way .Thankyou April
