Easy to access parking and close to Jasper Ave and ice district. Hotel rooms are quiet and AC works great. We attended convocation ceremonies at University of Alberta and found this property much quieter than hotels on Whyte Avenue.

You have a very poor early checking policy. I have to go back to booking.com to get a new booking for a whole day which was much cheaper than the rate your staff were given. Despite messaging that I need early checking days before arrival.

Great stay for what we needed was a bit of garbage in our shower when we arrived but nothing that couldn't be quickly thrown out other than that we had an excellent stay
