Great design, friendly staff and extraordinary breakfast and food in general.

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful cliff top location, delicious food. An art deco delight and a great base for a week of surfing and eating. Rooms were not huge, but we were mainly out and about.

Location was a 10 min walk to the beach, a little hilly and steps. Lovely choice of breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We also liked the spaciousness of the room and the nice, big bed with great linens! We also had a lovely view of the sea.

The hardware (knobs) on the bathroom sinks were very big and difficult to turn (especially for older people). Also, the shower was in the tub and the walls were very tall. Getting in was ok, but in getting out, one had to step up, over and down to a lower level than the tub, which was a bit dangerous. Lastly, during the strong storm that took place, water came in through the deck doors and we had to put a towel down in front of the door.
