Regina Experimental Biarritz

The breakfast was delicious.

The room was advertised as an ocean room I couldn’t keep the blinds open becuase everyone would see me walking by there’s no privacy which means there’s no point in paying that price. The room for that kind of price is tiny. The staff at the spa weren’t respectful, she also wasn’t interested in helping I wanted a service done and I was told there was a time slot she said I could let her know later and when I came back she said it was fully booked but whenever I went down there the rooms were empty and open. There’s also no access to the facilities at night which is when I want to relax in a sauna for example. She was really rude and didn’t want me to try the samples- she said the products were only available in biarritz which wasn’t true. So I bought one thing and then simply bought the rest I liked elsewhere
