Endlich hatten wir mal das Gefühl, in einem Schloss zu wohnen. Ambiente und Service passen. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr angenehm.

Wir hätten gerne abends dort im Restaurant a la carte gegessen. Aber es gab nur das 4- Gänge Menü, das uns zu umfangreich war.

Es ist alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Unser Zimmer ist sehr groß - aber das Bad ist nicht mehr so zeitgemäß. Ein bisschen altmodisch - dennoch super sauber👍🏻

Das Restaurant Blüchers hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt; der Küchenchef Herr Ullmann hat uns an zwei Abenden mit verschiedenen 4- und 5-Gänge-Menüs verwöhnt. Die Qualität war herausragend! Das Frühstücksbuffet lies ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen; die Auswahl war sehr vielseitig, die optische Darstellung sehr ansprechend und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, war aber am Wochenende völlig überlaufen.

Die Weinkarte im Blüchers, die Auswahl und die Preisgestaltung lassen zu wünschen übrig. Hier kann deutlich nachgebessert werden.
